Reconditioning and Repair of Tile Polishing Machines

We can repair any brand of tile polishing machine and/or bring them back to new.

As we believe that facts are better than words, we have included pictures of previous work to show you the quality of our workmanship.

The tile polishing machine you can see in the pictures below was completely disassembled, cleaned and sandblasted. Then we decided what modifications to make and which parts to replace. All stainless steel guards, guides and guide adjustment were rebuilt. Bearings, splash guard bellows and some of the pneumatic pistons were replaced. The work table was sandblasted and planed.

Finally, the machine was repainted and reassembled. This machine, completely reconditioned as new, is currently operational and can be seen running.
